2018 Tuition Information

Dear Parents,

During this special week that we celebrate Catholic Schools, we thank you for your commitment to Catholic education.  Because of your investment in your child’s learning experience, St. Francis de Sales continues to be a school of excellence for your child and our community.  Each year we strive to make necessary changes to include all facets of a quality education such as curriculum improvements, technology updates, and campus enhancements.

It is that time of year again when we look toward registration for the upcoming school year.  The actual cost to educate a student here is $5,907 per year.  Active and registered parishioners of St. Francis de Sales, Nativity of the Lord Jesus, and Queen of Heaven Parishes are given a parish grant subsidy directly by the student’s parish to greatly reduce the cost of tuition.  *There is also a multi-child benefit included.  For these parishioners the cost for the 2018-2019 school year is as follows:

The Registration / Technology Fee is $150/student and is due with registration, or it can be combined with tuition and paid through FACTS payment plan.

Please review the form located on the homepage of the website that contains information for opportunities to apply for Diocesan Tuition Assistance through FACTS.  This is the application each family must use to apply for any type of financial aid whether it is from the Diocese or our own Parish.  Families will not be considered for financial aid without having first completed the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.  Additionally, any family currently receiving aid through the Diocese, the Parish, or a Scholarship, will need to complete the financial aid application form for the 2018-2019 school year.  Please read over the application carefully, fill it out completely, and include all materials plus the fee for proper processing, abiding by the deadlines.  To be considered in the first round of aid, where 50% of financial aid is awarded, everything must be submitted by March 15, 2018.

We are using the FACTS Tuition Management Company to process our tuition again next year.  If are currently enrolled in FACTS, you will automatically be re-enrolled, unless you let us know otherwise.  If you need to update any information such as address, phone, or bank, please contact Mrs. Lloyd in the school office.  All families are required to make their tuition payments through FACTS unless tuition is paid in full by August 1, 2018.
