A Message from Our Principal

katie

Hello Falcon Families!

Please note that for all in-person events masks are required and appropriate social distancing will take place.

August 13- New Family Orientation
This event will take place in person in the Upper Room in a series of shifts in order to allow our new families to participate safely in person. The Upper Room is located directly to your left when you enter the parking lot from Manchester Road and is marked with signage labeled “Upper Room”. All meeting attendees should enter through the Upper Room door rather than the main entrance of the school. Please use the SignUp Genius Link to indicate which session you are able to attend.

Because of space constraints this event is reserved for parents of new students only.

We encourage all parents of all new students to attend, however, if you are uncomfortable/unable attending in person please email Mrs. Dougherty to receive an electronic copy of information being presented.

August 15-8th Grade Morning of Fun!
We would like to welcome many of our new students to the building this year to 8th grade! It is our pleasure to gather, in person, our student leaders of the building on August 15 for a morning of safe fun.

Students will participate in socially distant activities and Mass as a class. Students may feel free to wear casual, comfortable, Catholic school appropriate clothing (and don’t forget to bring a mask :)).

Please drop off students at 9:00am to the Pavilion and plan to pick them up by 12:00p in the Pavilion.

August 23- School Supply Drop Off 10a-1:00p
We would love to safely welcome our Falcons back to campus to drop off their supplies and see their teachers!

Signage will be posted to help families know where to enter and exit and we thank you for following these directions so as to keep all of our families safe.

PS-2 students will drop off their supplies to the Gym. Families who are dropping off at this location should enter through the main doors of the school and proceed directly to the gym. Families will exit out of the service doorway in the gym.

3-6 Students will drop of their supplies to the Refectory (cafeteria). Families dropping off to this location will park in the main parking lot and enter through the Alcove doors (where the car riders generally stand). Families will then exit via the school’s main hallway and out the Kindergarten doors.

7-8 Students will drop off their supplies to the Upper Room. Families dropping off supplies to this location should enter through the Upper Room entrance and will exit out the door marked EXIT in the Upper Room.

All supplies should be packaged individually for each of your children marked with their full name and homeroom teachers name. If you are only comfortable dropping off supplies to one area you may feel free to leave your other children’s items in that location and our staff will ensure those supplies get to the correct classroom. If you are opting for your child to participate in SL for the first quarter please hold on to school supplies until your child(ren) return in person.

We are very excited to have our families back in the building and know that we all have a lot to catch up on! We ask, however, that supply drop off day you offer a quick greeting to the teachers, and other families, but do not form large groups to stay and talk.

August 24-PS/PK/Kindergarten Orientation Meetings
These orientation meetings will take place virtually via Zoom. In order to keep meetings small enough so that parents can ask questions we are offering 4 sessions. Each session will last no longer than 30 minutes. Please click one of the links below to access a SignUp Genius to indicate which session you are able to attend. Preschool and Pre-K families are able to mix within the sessions.
