2022-2023 Tuition Information

Dear Parents,

As we celebrate the gift of Catholic education during Catholic Schools Week, we thank you for your commitment to our Parish School. Because of your investment in your child’s learning experience, St. Francis de Sales continues to be a school of excellence for your child and our community. Each year we strive to include all facets of a quality education such as curriculum improvements, technology updates and campus enhancements.

Now is the time of year we look toward registration for the next school year. The cost to educate a student here last year was $6,506.00. Active and registered parishioners of St. Francis de Sales, Queen of Heaven, St. Paul, and Nativity of the Lord Jesus Parishes are given a substantial parish grant subsidy directly by the student’s parish to greatly reduce the cost of tuition. *There is also a multi-child benefit included.

The Registration/Technology Fee is $175/student and is due with registration.

Our school community is blessed with several scholarship options that will help make tuition affordable for every family.  In addition to programs we have offered in the past, we have a new scholarship opportunity for families, the Angel Scholarship Fund.  We encourage families to review their eligibility and apply for all scholarships available.

Please visit the parent page of our website to view opportunities to apply for financial aid of any kind, including Diocesan Tuition Assistance through FACTS and the Angel Scholarship Fund. This is the application each family must use to apply for any type of financial aid whether it is from the Diocese, the State of Ohio, or our own Parish. Families will not be considered for financial aid without having first completed the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Additionally, any family currently receiving aid through the Diocese, the Parish, or a Scholarship such as John Peterson must complete the financial aid application form for the 2023-2024 school year. Please read over the application carefully, fill it out completely and include all materials plus the fee for proper processing, abiding by the deadlines. To be considered in the first round of aid, where the largest percentage of financial aid is awarded, everything must be submitted by March 15, 2023. If you need to apply for a grant from our parish school endowment, please call the school or the parish office after filling out, and submitting, the FACTS Diocesan Tuition Assistance forms.

NEW THIS YEAR:  ALL families will need to enroll their children in The Digital Academy.  We will NOT be using the Facts Tuition Management Company, except to apply for financial assistance of any kind, beginning with the 2023-2024 school year.  The Digital Academy platform will streamline all of our processes and will replace FACTS, Gradelink and Payschool (lunch money system).  We ask for your patience as we roll out this amazing new platform. More information about this will come via email on Monday, January 30. 

All families are required to make their tuition payments and Registration/Technology fee(s) through The Digital Academy unless tuition is paid in full by August 1, 2023.
