Morning:

  • All cars enter via Diederich Lane off State Road.

Afternoon:

  • We load five (5) cars in a closed loading zone. This is subject to change due to weather or other circumstances.
  • All cars enter via Diederich Lane off State Road. Follow blue lane lines 1 and 2 and simultaneously fill both.

Morning Dropoff

  • Drop-off commences at 8:00 a.m. After 8:30 a.m. students are tardy. Use blue lane 1 ONLY.
  • Enter via Diederich Lane off State Road (NOT via Manchester Road as this impedes bus traffic). Drive along the field and playground and up the incline toward the Kindergarten door.
  • The unloading zone is clearly marked by cones.
  • Only two (2) cars unload at a time in this closed unloading zone. Students may not walk up to the building from cars further back in the line.
  • It is possible to park and to accompany your child to the Kindergarten door.

Afternoon Dismissal

  • All early dismissals must be picked up before 2:45 p.m. to avoid dismissal confusion.
  • Parents may not walk up to the Kindergarten doors in the afternoon and ask for a child(ren) to be released to them.
  • Enter via Diederich Lane off State Road (NOT via Manchester Road as this impedes bus traffic). Drive in single file via Diederich Lane and then turn into the BLUE lanes and fill both BLUE lane lines 1 and 2 simultaneously. The loading zone near the school is clearly marked by cones.
  • Follow all blue lane lines, signage, cones, as well as verbal commands and gestures of the Car Rider team. Once dismissal commences, we will alternate five (5) cars from each line. Five (5) cars are loaded at a time in the closed loading zone. The first group will advance into the loading zone at c. 2:59 p.m. before student dismissal begins. As the dismissal line advances, be attentive and close the gap between cars to maximize space and efficiency.
  • If your child is not in the car rider line when called, you will need to go back around and come through the line a second time.
  • Parents/guardians need to buckle in their child(ren) into their car seats.
